Organizing and supervising affairs related to International Foundation Program.

Overseeing all overseas student recruitment-related affairs, Chinese Language Center , Cooperative Development Center operations.

1. Coordinate the exchange programs for teachers and students of colleges and universities on both sides of the strait.
2. Project management and operation promotion of health-related industries.
3. Hospital, long-term care, maternal and infant nursing and childcare management service system counseling and promotion.
4. Organize and plan exchange groups to carry out industry-university exchange projects with our highlight majors and cooperative institutions.

1. Overseeing the annual work plan for the Chinese Language Center.  
2. Managing Chinese language-related affairs for the International Foundation Program, including faculty and teaching quality assurance.  
3. Planning the rapid Chinese proficiency assessment system and online learning resources for international students.  
4. Administering Chinese language proficiency tests for international students.  
5. Planning additional Chinese language enhancement courses for international students.  
6. Designing a Chinese language reinforcement course for first-year Hai-Qing program students.  
7. Integrating Chinese language courses with general education electives.

2.Compiling materials for internal meetings and submitting regulations for approval.
3.Acting as the contact person for the management of non-profit kindergartens in Taiwan.
4.Organizing activities and compiling plans for the Overseas Chinese 3+4 Special Program.
5.Coordinating administrative preparations for official visitor tours.
6.Overseeing new student dormitory arrangements and airport pickup services.
7.Acting as the document processing liaison for the department.

1.Handling recruitment-related affairs for overseas Chinese and Hong Kong/Macao students (plans, admission guidelines, DM).
2.Managing tasks related to the New Southbound Special Program.
3.Serving as a contact for the Joint Overseas Recruitment Committee.
4.Planning TQUK international certification and training courses.
5.Assisting as a liaison for the Mainland China 4+0 program and other specialized courses.
6.Assisting with recruitment efforts in Southeast Asian countries.

1.Managing international student recruitment (plans, admission guidelines, DM).
2.Handling recruitment affairs for the International Special Program Department.
3.Assisting with recruitment efforts in countries outside Southeast Asia.
4.Assisting with recruitment in Southeast Asian countries.
5.Managing student work permits and insurance-related matters for the International Special Program Department.

1.Handling various administrative affairs for the Mandarin Language Center.
2.Managing internal administrative tasks related to Mandarin courses for the International Special 3.Program Department (fee applications and venue planning).
4.Overseeing regulations related to the Mandarin Language Center.
5.Managing recruitment affairs for the OYVTP program (plans, admission guidelines, DM).
6.Assisting with recruitment affairs in Hong Kong, Macao, and Malaysia.
7.Managing the website for the Office of International Foundation Program.
